Jill liston Jewelry

Handcrafted Jewelry.

For over 26 years, Jill Liston has been designing and creating jewelry by hand from California, each piece a reflection of artistry that speaks for itself without ever needing to shout.

It started early. As a young girl, Jill would wander Swap Meets with her dad, hunting for trinkets and old chains to take apart and remake into something entirely her own because she wanted jewelry that looked like no one else's. That instinct never left her.

One idea in particular set everything in motion: drilling out pearls to fit leather cord, pairing the beauty of a pearl with the rustic honesty of leather. At the time, Jill was working as a personal trainer and every single client wanted one. That response made the decision for her. What began as a personal creative obsession became her profession.

Her work caught the attention of the fashion world early. Fred Segal, the iconic, unadvertised sanctuary of style in Santa Monica where the stars quietly shop was the first to carry her jewelry, debuting in Nina Segal's celebrated department. From there, her pieces found their way into more than 50 stores, boutiques, and galleries stretching from California to Maine, and even a boutique in Italy.

The names that have worn her work tell their own story: Sharon Stone, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jon Bon Jovi, Tony Robbins, Ann Curry, and Katie Couric.

And then there's Oprah who discovered Jill's jewelry in a little shop in New Buffalo, Michigan, long before her pieces ever made their way to Luxe43.

Some things are simply meant to be found.
