Kim Petroelje
Though an art major in college, Kim always felt her calling was really in fashion. As a result, she has worked in fashion in Holland for over 45 years, owning her own boutique during that time as well. Kim says fashion is never stagnant, never boring, and it brings her pure joy when a customer walks out of the store feeling confident and excited about a purchase. She has long been inspired by how women dress, shop, and live in all the roles of their lives.

Lori Klemm
A lifelong lover of fashion and the business behind it, Lori brings her 30 years in fashion and her 25 years in interior design to Luxe43. She notes that at pivotal moments in her own life, the right outfit brought confidence, fearlessness, and momentum. Lori believes everyone deserves to feel his or her best - not only in life’s most meaningful moments, but in the everyday ones as well.

Alongside a carefully selected roster of staple and global designers in clothing, jewelry, footwear, and accessories, Luxe43 is also deeply committed to supporting new and regional brands. The store takes pride in spotlighting local jewelry and accessory artisans and championing their growth, building lasting partnerships within the creative community.
The Luxe43 experience is intentionally personal. Lori and Kim travel to regional and national markets to source a refined edit of the season’s best styles and trends, while in the store they focus on helping each client discover, define, and express his or her own individual style.
Kim and Lori also partner with local community non-profits to give back to the community where they were raised, where they work, and where they have raised their own families. Being local, they know the importance of taking part in making their community a better place for all to live.
